Cookie Policy
This page explains how Graal Solutions uses cookies and related technologies, how consent is requested, and which data may be processed by tools enabled on the website.
1. Introduction
Our website may use cookies and related technologies to ensure essential functionality, improve navigation, measure performance, and protect forms and public areas against abuse. Cookie behavior may vary according to the tools and resources activated on the site.
We use data only to analyze website usage, not for marketing or advertising.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in the browser or device during a website visit. They help remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and support technical functions that are necessary for the proper operation of certain resources.
We may also use related technologies such as scripts, pixels, local-storage records, and security tokens for similar purposes.
3. Categories of cookies we may use
3.1 Functional cookies
Required for core site operation, language preferences, session stability, and basic security features. Some of these cookies can be used without prior consent because they are strictly necessary.
3.2 Analytics cookies
When authorized, Google Tag Manager loads the tags configured in Graal’s container, including Google Analytics tags. They may measure visits, pages viewed, and navigation events to produce usage statistics. Google Analytics states that it may process first-party cookie identifiers and device/browser data; the IP address is used to estimate location but is not logged or stored by Google Analytics. Collection starts only after analytics consent.
4. Data that may be collected
- Browsing data: pages and URLs viewed, page title, visit source (referrer), navigation sequence, interactions and events recorded by tags, and date/time.
- Technical data: IP address processed to estimate approximate location, derived location (such as country or region), browser type and version, operating system, device, screen resolution, and language.
- Identifiers and preferences: identifiers in cookies or similar technologies, campaign parameters, and the consent choice stored in the first-party graal_cookie_consent cookie. Analytics identifiers may be used to distinguish visits and sessions.
- The exact set depends on the tags published in Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is the tag manager; data is sent to the services defined in each tag. Do not include sensitive or directly identifying data in Google Analytics events.
5. Managing preferences
You can reject or change consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Optional categories remain disabled until selected. Withdrawal prevents further transmissions by tags subject to consent; cookies already stored may need to be deleted in your browser settings.
When a permission is withdrawn, the page reloads to apply the new choice. If both optional categories are disabled, Google Tag Manager is not loaded on the new page. Previously sent data is not automatically deleted.
6. Rights and contact
Requests related to personal data associated with cookies may be submitted under the terms of our Privacy Policy. For general questions, contact contact@graalsolutions.tech. For privacy matters and data-subject requests, contact the DPO at dpo@graalsolutions.tech.
